How does delivery work?

Summit and Hitchfire products as well as similar larger items are delivered for free within 2 hours of GTA. Delivery is done by 1 person and is normally just inside your door, not the room of your choice.

In the rest of Canada we use a network of freight terminals, usually within 1 hour from the customer. Shipping to the terminal is always free. Once the item arrives you will receive a call from the terminal asking to come and pick up the freight. They normally allow 3 business days for pick up.

Smaller items (incl. Cajun fryers and LifeRange rotisseries) on orders over $69 ship free via courier services (UPS, Loomis, Purolator) directly to your address.

Vestil products usually ship directly to your business.

Do you deliver in all of Canada?

We ship in the vast majority of Canada but some select locations are just too remote for our carriers. We reserve the right to refuse free shipping to any location remote in our definition, whether it's a parcel or freight. Examples include islands, northern locations, and certain rural areas. Rest assured that we do want to close each sale and try to find the best shipping solution for each order. If we cannot deliver to your area for free we will contact you with alternatives or offer to refund.

Do you provide installation?

We do not install, sorry.

How long does delivery take?

Many items are in stock and ship right away but Summit & Vestil products can take 2-3 weeks to ship out though usually it's sooner.

If timing is an issue please contact us prior to purchase and we will provide an accurate time estimate.

Are your shipments insured?

Yes, all our shipments are fully insured against loss or damage in transit.

How can i pick up my item?

If your item is shipped to a terminal they will call you once it's ready for pick up. Most Summit products will fit into a typical SUV. All terminals have forklifts to load the item onto your vehicle if needed.

Should i inspect the item for damage on arrival / pick up?

Yes, please inspect it for visible signs of damage. If you find any obvious damage please note it on the bill of lading before signing for it. If you feel that the item is damaged beyond repair you can refuse delivery and expect a refund from us.

Are your products covered by warranty?

Yes, we are an authorized seller of all brands that we carry. All our products are covered by full manufacturer warranties some of which are available on our site here.

Do you accept returns?

Since we are a commercial supplier we do not accept "buyer remorse" returns. Of course if the item arrives damaged we will replace it or issue a refund.

Do you have a showroom?

We do not have a showroom as our customers are scattered all across Canada.

How can i pay?

We accept credit cards and Paypal for all orders under $5000. All orders over that amount require payment via wire transfer or an Interac e-transfer. If you select this option we will email you our bank info. Please note that we consider the order placed only once we receive payment.
