TIPS FOR USE:

- Always cook with the burners turned to minimum and the lid on to generate an enveloping heat.
The grate is inclined which makes the grease flow off, notably reducing the smoke. Add water to the grease collector to reduce the smoke further.
Works even without a hood!  

CLEANING
A great benefit of the 365 is that it completely disassembles and is easy to clean.
Can be washed with water and detergent. Do not use a metal sponger to avoid scratches.
