Argentinian Charcoal BBQ Grill "Delta" by Nuke Products

Our signature grill, the “Delta” is inspired by the centuries long tradition of Gauchos grilling on Argentine Pampas (prairies). Each piece is caringly crafted by highly trained artisans and by virtue of it’s unique design and features, allows you to create results that will surprise even the most experienced Chef or adventuresome griller.  

The overall design and rustic metallic exterior of the Delta ensures that not only will it compliment, aesthetically speaking nearly any surroundings but that it can be used as a stand alone portable grill or as a drop in grill for outdoor kitchens and similar situations.

Main Characteristics:

• Our Signature Delta Grill Firebox: It has a separate firebox which allows you to burn wood or lump coal. As the coals fall through the grate it allows the distribution of the heat where and when you need it. You can also use the grill plate (which is included) to saute vegetables cheese or fish. It is also an ideal location for your wok.
• Height Adjustment: The Delta has an adjustable lever on the side which allows you to manipulate the grill to a higher or lower position  letting you easily regulate  the distance from the grill to the bed of coals resulting in a more controlled grilling environment.
• Refractory Bricks: The bottom and sides of the Delta are lined in refractory bricks which greatly improves the grills capability to maintain and evenly distribute its heat.

• Grill Surface: The Delta has 547 square inches of grilling opportunity. It measures 26″ x 21″  with an additional 174″ on the fire box when you use the grill plate. The grill itself is made of porcelain coated round iron.
• Lid: The Delta has a lid, making it easier to control your burn on a windy day.
• Warming Drawer: Beneath the grill is a warming drawer, a perfect spot to keep your breads warm till its time to eat, also can be used as storage for the poker and shovel.
• Mobility: The Delta comes with its own cart,equipped with large castors making it easy to move it to the location of choice. At the base of the cart is a wooden rack used to store items such as bags of coal or wood etc.
• Accessories: Included with each grill is a durable cover allowing you to protect your grill from sun and rain. Poker which is used to distribute the coals. A Shovel can be used to transfer coals or for clean up. Grill plate that is to be used on top of the fire box for flat surface grilling!
